PureGym Fitnsss Center in Adliswil, Switzerland 

A new fitness center is has opened its doors.

When it comes to project management of a new Pure Gym fitness center, there are many challenges that must be faced and overcome. One such challenge was faced in Adliswil, Switzerland, where a new Pure Gym fitness center was being built in an office building dating form 2019.

The structure itself was solid and up to the latest building standards.  presented. However, a  unique challenge was presented as there was a kindergarten located directly underneath the fitness activity. 

So the challenges started already with the zone planning therefore the given training concept needed some smart planning ideas to get implemented as per play book.

The space was taken over as a concrete raw shell as a base,  In certain areas, a special soundproofing screed construction was required for the new build out. 

The MEP planning was in cooperation with local consultants. 

The fitness center is designed to be a safe and welcoming environment for all ages. It will include top-of-the-line equipment to ensure that everyone can get the best workout possible. Safety features are being implemented to ensure patron safety, including non-slip flooring and ample space between machines.

The fit out period lasted approximately 10 weeks, creating a nice training atmosphere for everyone. The cardio area area is bright full of day light and generous .

We also had to ensure that construction was completed in a timely manner, so that the fitness center would be ready to open on the scheduled opening day. To do this, we had to clearly lay out a timeline for the completion of the project, and ensure that all milestones were met. This included scheduling frequent check-ins with the contractors, and making sure that all deadlines were met.

Through careful planning and diligent project management, we were able to complete the construction of the Pure Gym fitness center in Adliswil in a timely manner, and with minimal disturbance to the local kindergarten. The result is a beautiful fitness center that was ready for its opening day. We are proud of the work that we did, and it is a testament to our commitment to successful project management.
