The 150sqm sized store is located in the shopping center Wertheim Village, between the cities Frankfurt and Würzburg.
The space was handed over as a classical ‘white box’ : basically all trades including the mechanical had to be coordinated following an ambitious project timeline.
Missing a direct connection to the service yard, the construction process during operating mall hours was for everyone involved quite challenging.
Beside the technical scope, the successful installation of special design features was thanks to a great team effort.
